What is Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is designed to get to the root cause of your issues by recognising the values and significance you have attached to them and then offers you a powerful emotional release and then re-imprinting a new positive, healthier system of thinking to produce profound and life changing results both emotionally and physically. Changing your mind, will transform your life!

How does it work?

RTT utilises hypnosis and hypnotic conditioning and via this process we work together by applying various unique tools and techniques depending on your needs to discover and review events from your past that will teach you to understand the emotional or physical pain that you keep reliving. Through this understanding you will be released from the trauma that you have been holding onto and give you the ability to let go to create and transform your life permanently. Please be aware that although RTT uses hypnotherapy it is only 25% of the method and provides understanding in a single 90/120 min session.

RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do, for example heal itself using a technique called Command Therapy, easily moving away from addictions and turn fear into excitement. RTT can tell the body how to react and how to feel and it can alter and improve the messages the body sends to the mind so things like depression, anxiety and panic attacks can be permanently overcome. 

The Science

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a practical form of neuroscience that replaces negative networks in the brain with new healthy ones. As we learn by repetition a new network of neural pathways is created in the brain and by using repetitive words, commands or actions will create change within the body physically and chemically to reach greater health, enhance performance, overcome fears, phobias, addictions, stress, anxiety and more.

Rapid Transformational Therapy uses a hypnotic method to create a state of relaxation entering into an alpha brain wave which calms the nervous system and allows the conscious mind to relax and creates the space for communication with the  subconscious mind. During this relaxed state of being research consistently shows us that we are far more focused and alert with a tremendous ability to be creative and problem solve.

Why is it different to other forms of therapy?

When it comes to personal development and therapy, there are a lot of different methodologies out there to explore. It can be confusing for people looking for a therapist to understand what’s what, and it can be easy to be confused by different therapies. RTT has been influenced by lots of methodologies including hypnosis, CBT, psychotherapy, healing and neurolinguistic programming (or NLP). However, it would be incorrect to say this method is simply a summation of these parts. Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT, is one-of-a-kind and its ethos is guided by the unconventional idea that you don’t need a lifetime to learn, master and then change the processes of the mind. Unlike many other methodologies RTT bypasses the need for continuous sessions to get to the root cause and can discover and achieve results in a single session.

How Long do sessions last?

Each session will last approx. 90  minutes

How many sessions?

The number of sessions depends on the individual but typically can be just 1 session, occasionally people need more when dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. As part of the programme it is important to listen to the 21 day recording which assist in healing the issue and creating the permanent positive change.

Does it work for everyone?

Yes, as long as you are 100% committed to wanting change to take place.

Am I asleep?

No. I guide you to a very relaxed state just like when you are relaxing and engrossed in a movie or in the flow when you are listening or playing music. You are actually more alert, focused and relaxed and you can hear everything, can talk, laugh or cry whenever you want.

Will you be controlling me?

No. I can do no harm. You are 100% safe.  You are never under my control, in fact RTT just teaches you ways to get more control over your symptoms and I just guide you through your experience. You can never say or do anything that you don't want to.  If you are still unsure when you come to see me I will also guide you through a simple relaxation to show you how easy it is to go in and out at your own will.

Do I have to visit in person?

No. I offer sessions over skype which are just as effective as having an in person session. *

How will I feel after the session?

Everyone is unique and some people feel like they are walking on a cloud and float out of the session having released old beliefs they have been holding onto for years, others may experience feeling tired and emotionally exhausted for a few days but feeling excited they finally have understanding and freedom from their issues.

Will 1 session be enough?

Depending on the issue and how many issue's you have, more often than not 1 session is required. This powerful technique allows direct access to the reasons we do the things we do or behave the ways we behave and can often save hours or even years of talk therapy trying to ascertain the negative beliefs or behaviours you have been holding onto. Understanding  has the most phenomenal power to release and let go and then moving onto rewiring a new belief that is more beneficial and transforming.
