Rapid Transformation Therapy

Rapid Transformation Therapy is a practical form of neuroscience that  builds new neural pathways in the brain towards more positive beliefs and behaviours. This process utilises an *alpha brain wave state which is a brain state you experience every day when you are doing something extremely relaxing, listening to soothing music or engrossed in a movie.

Your body becomes relaxed and your mind slows down but becomes clearer, more focused and you have a deeper awareness of yourself which enables creativity and problem solving to easily take place enabling you to overcome issues. My approach assists clients to rapidly uncover the meaning and interpretation of events and issues that have caused them pain both physical and emotional and through understanding how, why, where and when they acquired these negative beliefs we work together  to release and let go of your past self in order for you to become more present and move towards your new future. 

What does it look like?

I understand my clients come to me in pain, both physical or emotional and they want rapid results. Rapid Transformation Therapy is different to other techniques such as CBT and talk therapy because it achieves results very quickly. Rapid Transformation Therapy aims to deliver understanding of the emotional or physical pain your are living and gives you freedom from your issue in a single 90-minute session leading to permanent powerful change.** Rapid Transformation Therapy uses various techniques and by reviewing events from your past they will teach you to understand the emotional or physical pain that you keep reliving  and through this understanding that is no longer you it will release you from the trauma that you have been holding onto for many years and gives the the ability to release and let go. 

** We are all different and on occasions it may take between 1 - 3 sessions for each

issue.* Depression, anxiety and PTSD may take a few more.**

*Alpha brain wave state - Hypnosis

The *alpha brain wave state is also known to be a hypnotic trance and is a state of relaxation, we experience it everyday like when you are engrossed in a movie or playing an instrument and are in the flow and can feel like the moment just before you fall asleep. During this state of being, it is much easier for the brain to listen and process information it is given because the conscious mind is less active and it allows a two way conversation between me and your subconscious mind, which is the part of you that holds onto any pain, old behaviours or beliefs that no longer serve you . You will be fully aware of the conversation and you will be empowered when you understand the origin of any issue or behaviour. Understanding is very powerful and as we work together we will be able to identify the root cause of the issue and give you freedom from it.

How Long do sessions last?

Each session will last approx. 90  minutes

How many sessions?

The number of sessions depends on the individual but typically can be just 1 session, occasionally people need more when dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. As part of the programme it is important to listen to the 21 day recording which assist in healing the issue and creating the permanent positive change.

Does it work for everyone?

Yes, as long as you are 100% committed to wanting change to take place.

Am I asleep?

No. I guide you to a very relaxed state just like when you are relaxing and engrossed in a movie or in the flow when you are listening or playing music. You are actually more alert, focused and relaxed and you can hear everything, can talk, laugh or cry whenever you want.

Will you be controlling me?

No. I can do no harm.  You are never under my control, in fact RTT just teaches you ways to get more control over your symptoms and I just guide you through your experience. You can never say or do anything that you don't want to.  If you are still unsure when you come to see me I will also guide you through a simple relaxation to show you how easy it is to go in and out at your own will.

Do I have to visit in person?

No. I offer sessions over skype which are just as effective as having an in person session. *Please see testimonial from skype session*.

How will I feel after the session?

Everyone is unique and some people feel like they are walking on a cloud and float out of the session having released old beliefs they have been holding onto for years, others may experience feeling tired and emotionally exhausted for a few days but feeling excited they finally have understanding and freedom from their issues.

Will 1 session be enough?

Depending on the issue and how many issue's you have, more often than not 1 session is required. This powerful technique allows direct access to the reasons we do the things we do or behave the ways we behave and can often save hours or even years of talk therapy trying to ascertain the negative beliefs or behaviours you have been holding onto. Understanding  has the most phenomenal power to release and let go and then moving onto rewiring a new belief that is more beneficial and transforming.

Session over Skype for Anxiety

I worked with Claire over Skype. I wasn't sure if it would work over the computer but Claire was very friendly and made me feel at ease right away. She is a lovely person who generally wants to help you and has many means that she can use to best support you. I hade RTT over Skype which was incredible, I was aware of what was happening and felt safe but was also able to access memories I hadn't thought about in years. I left the session feeling positive and calm. I then began listening to the recording for 3 weeks and now once a week and i'm feeling a lot more positive and less anxious and even more excited about life.
